'Shishya' is formed by Guru’s grace to invoke the Guru Tattva within & to learn to be a life-long shishya (student).

'Shishya' is a journey of self-discovery & our key focus is to be in the process of continuous learning and to train to have a healthy body & mind. It is dedicated to promoting wellness through Mudra Therapy and other holistic practices.

Founded by Nisha Kaushal, having over 26 years of experience in Yoga, Acupressure & Alternative Therapies. Her goal through 'Shishya' is to empower individuals with simple, effective practices that can help balance their body and mind.
