A monthly offline practice of medical yog for specific ailments/requirements.
(Timings – 9:00 to 10:00 am – Thrice a week)

Absolutely awesome Merudand workshop with so many details on anatomy of spine and various muscles and how each help in various stretches, relieving pain, holding various positions, synchronising breathing in each position. Wonderful exercises for spine

Thank you and gratitude Nisha ji 🙏 for merudand workshop. Posture and movements related to spine was helpful to release my side lower back pain. Now I don’t need everyday maalish with oil on that area. Oil maalish stoped now. Your detailed explanation about Mudra, body anatomy and postures has helped me. I am so grateful to Nisha Madam for conducting eye yoga sessions 🙏🏻
I have started to attend this class with my specs 👓 but in last week I didn’t have to use it for the session..
With the help of her guidance, I observed that we are actually not using our eyes muscles properly and nowadays with so much of screen time we are weakening our eyes badly..

Mai last month eye yoga class join ki thi .aise hi kar liya ki dekhu is baar nisha ma’am kya सीखा rahi hai aur mere paas time bhi tha.
Last December mere right eye se halka halka Pani nikalta tha ,tulsi ma’am se puchi tho kya karu unhone mudra bhi batai thi ye karo but kuch din baad fir waise hi ho jata tha.
Tabhi Nisha ma’am dwara eye class shuru hui aur maine bus kuch sikhne ke liye kar liya.ek din bita,do din bita tisreey din mere right eye se jo Pani nikalta tha wo thoda Kum ho gaya.
Mai ey fir thoda dhyan dena shuru kiya ki ye hua kaise jo problem last ek mahine se pareshan kar rahi thi achanak se kum kaise ho gai ,pata chala eye yoga se.Baki ki problem mainey Nisha ma’am se share kiya tho unhone thode aur kuch tips diye .
Ek aur baat pahle kuch min bhi tratak karna mushkil hota tha,par ab tho mai roz ugtey huye suraj se tratak karti hu.
Kabhi class miss ho gaya ho tho uska bhi solution hai.unka naam payal ma’am, jo demo pic bana kar group me bhej deti hai jissey ki miss hua class hum kabhi bhi kar saktey hai .Thank you Nisha ma’am ye eye yoga class ke liye aur Payal ma’am aap ko bhi.
