Mudra Aayam Workshop ( mudra meditation)
The mudra aayam course was quite enriching in terms of experience . The small details that you explained each day brought out deeper aspects of mudra meditation . The best concept was surrendering completely and connecting to the purest form of that element in universe and let its do its own work . This has deeepened the practice an another level . Daily homework that you gave enhanced the observations 😇. Thank you so much for Mudra Aayam .
Would love to attend the next one when you conduct . By that time my understanding of elements would be probably deeper than what I understand today and it will help me understand what you say still better.

Sharing Mudra Meditation experience from few years –
I have been practicing Mudra Meditation for the last few years and it has helped me in countless ways.
The most obvious change has been a greater sense of calm and peace. But beyond that, it has helped me work through a lot of emotions and experiences from the past – some small and some much deeper. Things that once stayed with me for a long time don’t seem to linger the same way anymore.
The practice has also helped me become more aware of myself. It doesn’t magically make life’s challenges disappear but it gives me a better perspective and helps me respond more thoughtfully rather than simply react.
There are still times when I slip into old habits and become the version of myself I thought I had moved past. But what I have noticed is that I don’t stay there long. Through the meditation sessions and regular practice, I am able to understand what i am feeling. I am able to process it and move forward instead of carrying it around.
And the most important part – to start the day in Nisha ji’s presence and be part of the energy that she radiates early morning is uplifting 🙏

Evening Online Mudra Meditation Session
I was having problems sleeping … the doctor gave me sleeping pills but I didn’t want to take them. Then I joined the evening meditation group. Since joining I have been having a good sleep … sometimes I fall asleep during the class. I feel that I have become calmer and more positive. I use to get angry at every small things . But I do get angry at times but much less than before. Since doing the 6 basic mudras for the past 2 years my blood pressure medicine has been cut to one tablet. Both the meditation and mudras have really helped my general health problems.
I have to thank Nishaji for the amazing evening meditation classes ..
