I have done this course with Nisha ji….after doing this course it became much much more easier to understand how elimination works,how breathing can be fluent and soft,how the blood in bloodstream can flow effortlessly, once we gain the subject we can immediately understand which vayu needs to be treated with which vayu mudra and hence balance ….mostly system depend on various vayus which we can easily understand with this course…Also Nisha ji is excellent in making us understand all effortlessly with fun and laughter… So plz plz I earnestly request maximum people to join for maximum benefit…🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
